house jobs
Sigh. I thought when I moved house I’d get more jobs done because I was livng here - nope! To be fair it’s nearly finished but there’s a small list of things to do that just aren’t getting done.
When I was coming round just to decorate and not living here there was nothing else to do so I got on with things; now when I see something that needs finishing off I just think sod it and go watch telly or something!
I think maybe next weekend I should have a push and finish everything off, there’s only a bit of floor edging to do and a few frames to paint anyway. Oh and some curtains to put up!
Been trying to think of ways to make a bit of money to pay my overdraft off. I’ve tried gambling and that didn’t really work. I’ve been carrying a set of lottery numbers around in my wallet for the last 4 years that came out of a fortune cookie in a chinese restraunt in Washington DC. I thought I’d have a feeling as to when would be the right time to use them, and yesterday I felt like it ws finally time … got one number :(
The next plan is finding things to sell! However anything I own that’s of any value I don’t think I can part with…
…which just leaves extra work. Bah.
