One Man Star Wars

Me and Steve have been to see the One Man Star Wars Show at St. George’s Hall in Bradford this evening.

It was absolutely brilliant, the bloke ran around and acted out A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi in three 20 minute segments; I don’t know where he found the energy!

There was also a warm up guy who did a spot at the beginning and he was great as well.Definitely 15 quid well spent!

Show time!

I’ve been to the Leeds College of Art and Design Fashion Show at the Royal Armouries this afternoon to see what the Fashion students have been up to this year!

It was very good, having it in a professional auditorium with pro sound/lighting etc. definitely upped the ante over having it in the refectory as we did last year. Also, the models were all stunning once again! :)

Added new Garforth Kenpo design to website portfolio.

Final Fantasy 12

I have finished Final Fantasy 12 in 73 hours!

Updates

Went through the site and changed single and double quotes to proper curcly quotes, ellipses to proper ellipses, dashes to em and en dashes where required and so on. Fixed loads of spelling mistakes and other typography and grammatical issues. Changed gallery CSS to a rigid layout and removed some old photos.

Updated CSS tutorial and expanded on Kenpo Principles page.

Corrections

Corrected part of setup script on the Ubuntu web server page. Started actually using the script at work and a couple of problems popped up, namely that MkPasswd with punctuation can stick a quote mark in it, which broke the next line in the script, and also that there was no checking of the length of the username (16 chars max on UNIX).

Updates

Added a page about the SiteBuilder program to computing section.
